For those of you from the north of the city, Mario’s Shoe Repair will be the easiest shop to reach. To get to the shop, head out of central Winnipeg on Highway 52 heading north, turn off at Mountain Avenue. Head west until you hit McPhillips Street and it’ll be right on the corner.
If you’re coming from the south of the city, Nik’s Shoe Repair will be your best bet for repairs. Situated in the Glenwood neighborhood, it’s easy to get to from inside the city and outside, as it sits along the Trans-Canada Highway.
Anyone in the west part of Winnipeg will probably find it easier to get to Leather Patch. Situated along Academy Road in Wellington Crescent, take the Route 90 exit from the Trans-Canada Highway and head east after crossing the Assiniboine River.
